  • Precision-lathed aluminum drums supply a smooth ride with excellent real-world feel; because your bike isn't locked onto a trainer, balance and handling skills are required
  • Adjustable resistance unit uses a magnetic bar behind the rear roller to provide 5 levels of resistance, so you can increase the intensity of your training as needed
  • Because the resistance is provided through magnets, there's no additional noise and no moving parts to break down; resistance is set manually while off the bike
  • Flat steel frame withstands the rigors of frequent use and transport; tool-free roller adjustment accommodates different wheelbase widths
  • Rubber foot pads secure your rollers so you can enjoy a stable ride
  • Place the belt connecting the 2 front roller drums on the left or right side to accommodate your preferred side for mounting and dismounting
  • Since mastering the rollers can take a few tries, the generous 16 in. width of the drums gives you room to move around as you fine-tune your skills
  • CycleOps Alumium Rollers can be conveniently folded up for grab-and-go transport or compact storage

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rollers Are the Best I have always been a fan of rollers when I need to train but can't get outside because of weather or time constraints. These fold up and out of the way when not in use and the magnetic bar I added helps increase resistance. Roller will help you develop a smooth pedal stroke and no you aren't going to fall off and peel out and hit the wall ahead of you (you'll just fall over) ;). I am currently using them with the online training platform ZWIFT with my track bike. Rollers are a lot quieter than other types of trainers which makes them perfect for apartments or if you train before your partner/roommate wakes up! I highly recommend getting a set!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quieter and Easier Than Expected Great Product. I was nervous about it being too noisy and too difficult to learn the balance. Wrong on both accounts. It only took me a few tries (with a wall on one side and my son on the other) before I was spinning away. I got 15 miles in without going anywhere. I watched the news and wore out my legs. Good stuff! The only thing they need to improve: My front wheel came off while learning - this will happen a few times. It landed on the plastic grip to adjust the roller position and snapped it right off. Bummer. Still works of course - just cosmetic damage. Other than that, I would have rated it a five! GREAT Trainer!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good rollers, once properly set up Once assembled, these roller trainers are solid and smooth. They fold and unfold easily, and set up in a matter of seconds. However, the resistance unit should be checked out of the box to make sure it is set up properly, because on both trainers I received, it was not (the unit was scraping against the roller). There is a one-page insert that shows you how to set up or correct the resistance unit, but it is not very easy to follow. However, if you adjust the bolts and use the included spacer, with a bit of finagling you can set it up properly. Using the rollers, they are fairly quiet (but far from silent) and extremely smooth. But, as a warning, because they are aluminum, they have very little rolling resistance (traction) with the tires. This is a good thing, but it makes it very easy to roll off the sides if you're not experienced with these rollers. Overall I am quite satisfied with the product, but just wished it had come set up properly and in better condition upon arrival.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect training - no boredom! These are my first set of rollers. I've gone through one rubber band so far, but I really enjoy rollers as an alternative to the trainer. When riding, I work on my position, cadence, focus. When I do workouts on the rollers, I feel like I've done a bit more for my riding than just turning the pedals around. The CycleOps rollers are very good. They are are relatively quiet, easy to fold, and even on a trainer mat they stay where they should and don't slide around. The roller diameter is suitable for a wide range of cadences, and I feel like the rollers are very easy on my tires. While I have little to compare them to, these were a very good investment and I'm glad I own them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Take you Indoor Riding up a Notch Take your riding to the next level!! Rollers are not easy - no matter how many YouTube videos you watch... It takes practice and concentration. It's all worth it though. Smoother cadence, razor edge balance, awe and admiration from your training buddies (almost..)!! I've had an air trainer and a Fluid2 trainer, and this is by far the toughest indoor workout I've ever had. It took a couple weeks of trying and sitting against a wall to stay on, then another month to feel somewhat comfortable. After a season of riding indoors I'm still challenged and working at it - but I'm still riding it!! I've noticed an impressive smoothness in my riding, no side-to-side movement, smoother pedaling, The rollers are as quiet if not quieter than my Fluid trainer. Lighter and easier to take to LBS for training rides.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome rollers These rollers rock. I've been using them for a while now and just getting around to writing a review so I have put them through the ringer. Easy to use, easy to setup, great value, great workout, and so many benefits to riding rollers vs a trainer. More of a road feel, smother pedal strokes, such a huge benefit. There is a little bit of a learning curve to riding any rollers and these are no different if you have never been on them. However after a few rides you will love them. Other thing I love about these rollers is how easy they are to store. They are well designed to fold in half and have pads to lean up against your wall so the rollers themselves don't mark up your walls. Plus easy to set up for training sessions as well. Can't say enough awesome things.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Wasn't for me This definitely is a finesse trainer. I didn't realize how unforgiving it was if you were training hard. I may try rollers again some day to work on balance, but for now, I traded in for a JetFluid Pro...

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great fun to ride I have been using this roller for a year and cannot complain about its performance. Solid and durable. The only maintenance I did was drum's nuts retightening as they became a bit loose and caused a little vibration. Did it once and drums rolls nice and smooth. Great fun to ride. You need to concentrate on your balance and pedal all the time. I regulate resistance using my bike gears. I also control speed, mileage and cadence using magnet sensors. It's relatively quite so I do my trainings in front of TV watching favourite program. Overall very nice and simple training gear and a great substitution for road ride when the weather or day time is not right to go on the road. I would recommend this roller to anyone.
