Portable and cool

Great for small spaces. Battery really lasts. I love that I can move it around without cable restriction and charge with solar.

Not cool enough for a Westfalia Camper

We purchased and subsequently returned this AC. We have a Westfalia camper that we would like to cool down during the summer. We purchased the EcoFlow Wave 2 and the Delta battery. While the EcoFlow 2 is very tech forward with a great app, the unit could not bring the inside on the camper below 89 degrees on a 76 degree day. It was just not strong enough. Maybe if you have an insulated room or camper that is better insulated than a Westfalia, it might work. We kept the portable Delta battery, it works well for charging while camping.

Amazing Portable Comfort!

I purchased this item thinking I would use it when I went camping. I live in Florida and it is hot I was looking to extend my camping season! I never imagined I would use it in so many versatile ways, so quickly! First, the air conditioning is cold and consistent. We recently lost our electric because of the hurricane that came through. I slept comfortably because of this machine. I ran the exhaust hose out my window and used the foam insulators that came with it to seal the gap. I set the temp to a modest cool to preserve the machine for all night use. The next morning I hooked it up to the EcoFlow solar panels and it recharged while I was at work. My electric was on when I got back home, but I was grateful to have this on hand in this crisis. I used it in my tent a couple of times to beat that humid nights. I ran the exhaust and the opted to use the drain hose provided and I stayed so comfortable. The first night I turned it too high and had to use my backup EcoFlow RIVER Max portable power station to make it to morning in comfort. It worked amazing and I am excited to be able to tent camp in Florida in August!! The last thing I would like to mention is, it kept our dogs comfortable. My dog is a dock diver and the competitions can be long and very hot! Most people had fans on their dog's kennels. Not mine! She had her own personal AC blowing 68 degree air into her kennel. She was able to rest comfortably in her kennel between jumps, it worked like a charm! As you can expect the colder you run the machine and the higher the fan speed will have a direct impact on longevity of use for each charge. Even in the Florida summer heat it will keep you comfortable!

Great Product! I have been looking for this

The Wave 2 has great performance in compact package. It is able to be configured to accommodate any situation where a small area needs to be cooled or heated in a very efficient way. I truly appreciate the flexibility this device provides in the installation, air flow, power and connectivity all have options. This product has really made me take a closer look at EcoFlow and their other product offerings as I really appreciate the the ease in which you can integrate and automate your system for any situation I have come across. Looking forward to trying some of their other products soon. Good stuff Ecoflow, thanks

Great Mobile or Emergency Solution

The Wave 2 is smart, powerful and a great cooling/heating solution for a camping trip or for keeping cool in a power outage. I also love the fact that it works with any Delta 2 generator or extra battery. It fits in nicely with my other EcoFlow product, and works exactly as advertised. I’m extremely satisfied.

Good so far

So far only used it several times and so far it has been working well. Haven’t been able to test it in very hot weather or to see how it holds up over time so only giving it 4 starts for now. Wish it came with a carrying case/bag instead of having to buy one separately and they are currently out of stock.

Well made, feature rich unit.

I purchased this to replace a less efficient unit I was using in the living room. The Wave 2 is quiet enough, even in Max mode, so as not to interfere with other living room activities. I plan to use the heating feature as well once the weather changes. So far, I am totally satisfied with this purchase.

Keeps you cool on a FL balcony.

I bought the Wave2 so I can comfortably work on my FL balcony. Even with the hot temperatures and high humidity, the Wave2 keeps me in a “zone of coolness”. Love the product and am very thankful for the portability as I also utilize on my pontoon to keep our 2 dogs cool while we are enjoying the water.

Works great above 40°

I bought this mostly as a heater for winter camping but it doesn’t work if the ambient temperature is below 40°. Which means winter camping it won’t work for me. I like that it can be self sufficient with a solar panel but just doesn’t heat at low enough temps due to it being a heat exchange pump.

Great form and design.

Haven’t actually used it in hot conditions but the form and fit is incredible. The interface is excellent. I’m going to put two on my boat with several ecoflow power banks and some solar panels. An excellent unit and I highly recommend!
