Beautifully Constructed
To be honest, this hammer is such a beautifully constructed tool that I purchased it as a touchstone. It's well-balanced, the wood- and metalwork are impeccable, and the design is elegant.
Hammers stuff very well!
Has a nice heft and balance to it, works better for driving stakes than a rock. It seems over-designed with the bottle opener on the end, until you realize it also pulls tent stakes. It's a joy to get out and use! I'm sure it will last a long time, but "heirloom quality" seems like a stretch.
Great camping hammer!
It’s a beautiful hammer, deceivingly heavy (in a good way). Makes great use of both ends with a stake puller/bottle opener at the base of the handle. Beautiful and solid construction to boot!
Awesome design!
Does what a small hammer should, without breaking, tough as they come! Fit perfectly in my small pack, as a paleontologist I use it for splitting small shale looking for fossil fish, love it.
Great little car camping tool!
This hammer makes driving and pulling stakes a breeze! Slipped it into a protective bag and it fits nicely inside my Nemo tent case.
Expensive bottle opener
Bottle opener works fine. Wouldn't call this an heirloom product unless it's just going to hang on the wall.
