I love my terrex cargo shorts and hoped these would be the same. Unfortunately, they aren't as practical and run very short in the leg. Xl is like a 30" leg. The side pockets are also very small, despite the strips of material that suggest the pockets are deep. The zipped pocket will take a large phone, but only if the phone is horizontal to your thigh. I really wanted to like these trousers, as I pulled them on, they felt really nice, well made, but the short legs, shallow pockets, render them unpractical and they'd rarely be worn. Too expensive not to be worn regularly, so I'll be returning them.

I loved the pants, super nice quality, high ends materials and comfort. My only complaint is that it fits too tight for personal preference. If you have muscular legs I recommend you to order a size bigger, even if the waist get a bit loose, you can wear a belt since the pants have the loops. Overall I really love it.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I like the quality of the materials and craftsmanship, the fit is tight around the waist but stretches to accommodate. I would recommend going to up 1x or even 2 sizes if you don't any elastic pressure. I'm a W34, definitely more comfortable in a W36 but a W38 would probably be the comfortable fit for me. But I'm sticking with W36 because I'm losing about 1lbs-2lbs a week.

Great for Cross Country Skiing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using these pants for cross-country skiing and while teaching skiing. Regular side pockets make these pants very practical and a large zipped pocket on the front provides space for paperwork, notes or small items. The articulation in the knees allow for dynamic body movements. Then when I am done skiing these pants look casually good when in town.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These hiking trousers are excellent, unusually for me they are a really good fit with a wide range of sizes - for me the petite option with shorter leg was perfect. Over many hours these are really comfortable with good wicking, too early to comment on longevity but they appear very well made. I will be buying another pair when they are available.

Absolutely love them! Feel great on, length is perfect, light, well made. My only criticism is because they are slim fitting they don't come in odd sizes such as 35. The 34 does fit nicely around my waist but if I wanted a slightly looser fit without compromising too much waist width the option isn't there without it being too big.

Good fit, but the material on the back of the legs wasn’t for me. Feels like a tracksuit. Whereas the material to the front feels and looks much more durable snd like a walking or hiking pant. If they had the same material as the front throughout the trouser they’d be perfect. For that reason I returned them.

Just to small. Really nice fabric, just wish they were a little looser at the calves and waist, i’m a 38” waist and these were tight as a 40” waist. Sizes between the trousers range in terrex seem to differentiate a lot. Quite unfortunate. Be good to see 42” & 44” if the sizes are going to differ this much.
