The Peak Rambler pants are exceptionally comfortable and highly breathable. I have worn them on multiple rock climbing outings and have been thoroughly impressed with their performance. The pants offer outstanding flexibility, enabling smooth and dynamic movements. They have also demonstrated excellent durability and held up remarkably well.
I wish these had real belt loops. I saw one belt loop and thought you could use a real belt. The elastic built in belt is useless. If I have a phone or keys in my pockets they will fall down. Even at its tightest setting it is useless. A static drawstring would have been better. Also I hate the pockets. The front pocket opening are too large, things fall out when you sit. And the back pockets- who makes pockets like this! Go back to the drawing board.
If you’re on the hunt for pants that make you feel like you’re wearing a cloud in 100F weather, pair them with a UV40 shirt, and you’ll be ready to conquer the hiking trails like a superhero. Just don’t be surprised if you start attracting birds who think you’re a giant, breathable nest!
The belt is small and *very* difficult to adjust. Never run into this problem before. Fabric is lightweight and comfortable though.
Fantastic lightweight and loose fitting fabric feels super cool in hot conditions and provides awesome sun protection
