Overall, the pants are nice, seem to be put together well and fit as expected. I had been concerned that the fabric would be very thin and prone to tears due to the low weight listed. Unfortunately, the main reason I ordered them was the listed weight of "5.3 ounces". Once I received them, they felt much heavier than 5 ounces and so I weighed them. They came in at 13.55 ounces. That's a significant increase. Even if the different sizes have different weights (this was an X), I doubt the same fabric and construction could be that much between a small and XL. I guess the low weight listed was too good to be true. They are only a few ounces less than my convertible pants I use now, so I will be returning them.
I would have given them 5 stars, but the lack of any easy way to add a belt is a deal-breaker. Without a belt, they'd probably have been OK -- but only as long as I didn't put anything in the pockets. Tell me again what cargo pants are for? I did add a belt, the hard way, and now look forward to wearing the pants WITH cargo in the pockets. It was a lot of extra work though, and I don't look forward to doing it again on another pair.
I'm an AT section hiker - on trail for 2-5 weeks at a time. I wanted a pair of cargo pants without zippers to minimize scrapes on my hands and fingers. My wife bought me these pants for Christmas and I love everything about them - except the fact that there are no belt loops! This is a show-stopper since I stuff snacks, phone and water bottle into my pockets - plus I lose 15 pounds on each section hike. They simply won't work without a belt.
Ankle pull cord pulled apart on the first use. Tried them on for size. wend to pull the ankle second cord and it came apart and pulled out from the sleeve. I have home repaired it, re-running the cord through the sleeve and tying it outside the sleeve and running it through the loop to hold it out of the way.
Since fashion has swung back to skinny peg leg everything even other outdoor brands followed the trend. I was having a very hard time finding pants that fit over my “soccer calves”. -It’s also just a style that doesn’t flatter me. Although cut a bit long for my short legs, I love the fit and fabric so much I’ll just take them to a tailor to be altered. I’d say maybe runs a bit large, but I like a roomy fit, so I’m good.
These pants are a must for outdoor activity. The material is great and so are the pockets. Everything Cotopaxi makes is top notch. It’s a baggy pant, so I ordered my usual size (Medium) and ended up sizing down to a small. The waistband is really stretchy and the legs are baggy, so I would size down especially if you’re a queen. They added belt loops, so disregard the reviews saying they need them.

cool concept, comfortable to wear, and I like how they look. just disappointed with the basic sizing options, im 5’7 and these pants are a little longer than I like , even with the adjustable cuffs. I wish Cotopaxi would make “short” an option keep the basic waist system but have a short , medium, and tall option. also generally a little overpriced but what else is new in todays world.
The Coraje Tech Cargo Pant is a great project. The Coraje Tech is both functional and light weight. I have used it hiking where I found it easy to move, breathable and protective. I have also worn this product to the office. If you pair cargo pant correctly, it looks polished and professional for a relaxed day. I highly recommend this product. The wash and wear is very easy.
Great comfortable pants (CARGON COLOR) They’re quite baggy. I do normal wear a 30 inch inseam so I pull the cord and tuck it under to shorten them. ONLY FATIGUE COLOR HAS BELT LOOPS. I’m a waist 31”. I got the 32 in waist. They fit but I can’t put too much in my pockets. Cell phone, wallet and keys tend to pull my pants down a little.
