Stable with a carbon plate that protects too
Yes , I recommend this product
I love my Lowas. I've had a mid Lowa hiking boot so I decided on these for getting back into running at 70. There are 3 trail shoes in this Lowa series and this is the middle model. Mine fit perfectly and are more stable than my Saucony or Adidas trail shoes that lack any rock plate or shank. I run trails with rocks and roots so these are needed to protect my arches. At some point I may add a urethane insole to make it more cushiony but for now the OE insoles are working.

A surprising trail runner or walking shoe that with a better insole is really comfortable and decent in width... I am flatfoot and these shoes have good feeling to the pavement and walking up stairs... Who knew Lowa had trail running shoes...
