Great shoe
I was looking for a low profile shoe for every day wear and was disappointed with the new version of my current shoe and was looking for a new model. I fell in love with these Solomons! They fit my average foot perfectly and look great without all the clunky stuff that most running shoes now have around the heel. Very very happy with these!!!
Very uncomfortable. Big let down
Might be the most uncomfortable out of the box trail shoe I've ever worn. Underfoot had a ton of unnatural pressure points and the foam felt like it was made of wood it was sooo stiff. I had to turn around mid run to take them off my feet and shins were hurting so badly. I run this 4.5 mile loop every other day and I didn't make it even halfway before hobbling back home. This wasn't just a "they need to be broken in" scenario. I wear a pair of salomons Thundercross shoes and those have been nothing short of incredible for me so I was pretty bummed when the visions did not stack up against them. Returned after this single use. To play devils advocate... Maybe someone with different arches and shaped feet might like these. I imagine breaking them in because of the foam might be a big uphill battle regardless of fit. Only giving 2 stars because I didn't try harder to make them work for me. Couldn't justify another effort up the hill after the first painful experience.
