I'm sorry this is the first product review I've ever done, I have this pack, I want to throw it off a cliff every time I use it. The only good thing about it is that it has a nice laptop sleeve. The zippers get caught. The inner pouch is connected to the main area, so if the bag ever goes upside down, everything comes out. The zippers for the main area and the pouch are the same. There is no internal org in the pouch, so if you like organization, good luck. This is the most half-baked product I've ever used from Osprey. A horrible bag.
Hard to open zippers. So bad that you dread needing to get into it. Fit it really uncomfortable. Even at half price…I don’t want it.
