I am not ready to write a review yet: You sell camping and outdoor equipment that has to be used and lived in for a while before anyone can realistically, accurately, and helpfully review it. So, my advice to you is to hold off on filling my mailbox with review requests just days or less after I receive an item, wait a few months - maybe six - then ask, "Hey, have you had a chance to use your item? How was it?" You will get a much more realistic and helpful review then.
