What the?!
Buy this watch immediately, such a good find. The quality is top notch! So many functions.
VERY IMPRESSED
I had an Amazfit T-Rex previously and this is a much better watch! I also believe its numbers are much more accurate, especially heart rate and blood oxygen. Really happy with how well it reads in bright sunlight. I wear it at night and the sleep info seems quite accurate as well. I’ve owned previous G-Shock watches and this is definitely my favorite.
Sensors (GPS, HR) stopped working 4 months in
Purchased this Casio G-Shock HR GPS watch while training for summer hiking and cycling (mine is all black color). Wanted time and alarm/timer features, but needed heart rate monitor, step count, etc., at gym, on bike, and trail training. Great design - fell in love with the aesthetics, intuitiveness, look, ease of use - everything about it. BUT: sensors stopped working 4 months in. Normal use - no water/swimming, just hiking, cycling, running. The watch functions are fine, but anything requiring sensors (no GPS, no heart rate, VO2, etc.) is gone. The options are "grayed out" if you try to select them, with no effect. Heartbroken. And wasted $350. Casio nor REI have not been able to help with repair. Online digging suggests Casio has not yet perfected the sensors and this version (with sensors) is being discontinued.
Great watch! Highly recommend.
Great watch, fitness tracker and almanac that fits on your wrist. I’d recommend this watch to anyone that wants to easily track your fitness and sleep, but not necessarily have to connect to your phone to use the device. Not only that, but the thing is durable as heck and charges up in the sun while I’m on hikes!
Trash
Trash. Do not buy a Casio. Horrible customer service, clunky design, and not intuitive at all. I'll be returning my Casio to REI...
