BEST Smartwatch
This is the best watch I have ever worn for fitness. The stats are amazing and also it has helped me with my sleeping as well. Best purchase ever!
Battery life is not what Garmin promised
Overall I like the appearance and set up. However, the battery life is not what Garmin promised. It supposed to last for 13 days but it last only for 5 days even I changed the settings to maximize the battery life and still not working. I don’t recommend it if you’re an athlete
Impressive!
I’ve been using the Garmin Forerunner 70 for my training, and I’m extremely happy with it! The GPS is accurate, the battery life is impressive, and the watch is lightweight and comfortable enough to wear all day. I love the detailed workout and recovery metrics—they’ve helped me stay on track with my running goals. The display is bright and easy to read, even outdoors, and the interface is simple to navigate. If you’re looking for a reliable running watch with great features at a reasonable price, I highly recommend the Garmin Forerunner 70!
I bought it 2 days ago but it is to small for the rist. The company i order it can’t change it since i opened the packaging . If i had the chance to change it i would definitely do
Still not sure about this watch.
I've only had it for a coule weeks, but I'm not sure I like it. It has a lot of fetures I will never use. I have had to reset it twice because it was locked due to passcode problems that occured while I was sleeping. It was a real pain and very inconvenient. I literally mad ethe easiest passcode ever, 1-2-3-4, and it said I kept entereing it wrong and then locked my account. It told me to reset the passcode on the app and I kept getting error messages every time I tried. VERY frustrating.
I like the watch I have enjoyed it. As a swimmer, however it somehow has no idea how many laps I am swimming for incense I swim 200 m at a time and it requires 50 m, maybe 150 m but never 200 at the end of the workout however it does have the correct number of meters I have swam. If you have any advice for me, I’d love to hear it as to how I could fix this problem, but besides that the watch is great.

I like it, however problems linking to Express. I ddi all the usual suggestions I saw. I even uninstalled and installed. Would love to figure this out. Enjoyed the features from my previos forerunner.
Awesome Battery
I have had the Forerunner 70 for a few weeks now. My main reason for switching to the Garmin product was battery life. I have only charged it once or twice since the time I’ve opened the package. It is nice to be able to do longer activities and continue getting metrics. I would definitely recommend for an entry level watch!
Missing election gain
A seemingly perfect watch for an attainable price. But with all of these metrics they are missing elevation gain, a simple but essential tool for runners. With everything else, it feels that this omission is on purpose to force you into a higher model.
Great watch!
I started running in January of 2026. As a Mom of two kids, it was time to prioritize my health. 1 mile turned into 2, then 3, and the next thing i knew I was running my first half marathon in April. Running became a pretty big part of my day to day life. I decided it was time to treat myself to a watch that would help with my training. I had no idea where to begin, but started with Garmin because they are a well known brand. I love the Forerunner 70. It's great at tracking my outdoor runs and is very accurate on my treadmill runs. I love to go through the stats after I finish a run and the body battery is a helpful tool to let me know when I'm pushing myself a little too much. Tracking my sleep has also been incredibly useful. It's great at giving you a lot of data, but not overwhelming you with it if that makes sense. It's easy to read and understand. Set up was easy, it pairs with my phone easy. It's a great running watch and it doesn't break the bank like some do. I wish I had bought it sooner.
