When conditions are dry and you want some added momentum, the Maxxis Minion SS EXO tire takes the classic DHF tread design and shaves down the center knobs to vastly improve rolling speed.
- Semi slick (SS) tire recommended for dry, hard-packed trails
- Dual compound used within the tread offers lower rolling resistance and increased cornering grip
- EXO puncture protection is a cut- and abrasion-resistant material added to the sidewalls for enhanced durability
- Tubeless-ready tires offer ability to run lower air pressures for improved traction, lower rolling resistance (compared to a tube-type tire) and decreased chance of flatting
- Tubeless-ready tire must be mounted to a tubeless-compatible rim and use a liquid sealant in order to retain air
- Recommended to be used as a rear-specific tire; can be paired with a Maxxis Dissector, Minion DHF or Assegai front tire (not included)
