A light-duty trail tire designed to go fast in technical terrain, the Maxxis Rekon tire serves well as either a front or rear tire and excels in hardpack to loose conditions.
- Tan wall version features Dual Compound rubber tread for a lower rolling resistance at center paired with extra grip for cornering
- Black version features 3C MaxxTerra tread, an intermediate triple-compound configuration that's ideal for trail riding in all conditions
- 60 TPI casing
- EXO sidewall protection uses a highly flexible, densely woven fabric to increase cut and abrasion resistance in the sidewalls, making it ideal for rocky trails
- Tubeless Ready (TR) design allows the tire to be run without a tube when properly set up
