I bought the shoes specifically for running on the beach and trails. My runs are normally 5+ miles daily and at times may involve walking on wet rocks so nonslip was an important factor. I am happy to report that after 2 months I am completely satisfied with my purchase. The only part of the shoe that needs improvement is the shoe lace mechanism. The shoe lace once tightened its awkward somewhat, the string is too long and I’m unsure how to secure it to the shoe. I’m having to interlace it several times to keep it tethered to the shoe.
