Yes , I recommend this product

These are very thin but kept me warm. There's no bulk and they're very smooth, like silk, so they're comfortable, even under yoga pants. You actually get 2 pair for the price. I was surprised by that when they arrived. I ordered my usual size (medium) which fit pretty well but seemed a little tight on my muscular calves. I ordered a large size, but they were just too loose. After wearing the medium size, they loosened up a little, so the fit was perfect. As long as you don't have huge calves, go with your regular size.

Yes , I recommend this product

These base layer bottoms are warm and comfortable but the sizing has changed since I bought my first pair in 2024. They run small now. My old Mediums fit fine but the new Mediums are very snug.
