To the MAX!! And beyond!

This is my first pair of brooks in a life long adventure of running. I am one of those runners who has quite a few pairs of running shoes and I just didn’t get around to brooks for some reason. But I am glad I did. This shoe lit me up , changed my running for the best and led me into the deep dive of what brooks is all about. Obsessed with these shoes , my lady now has a pair , multiple friends and I’ve fell also in love with the Hyperion elite 4 and currently awaiting the new glycerin max 2! Brooks and the Hyperion max has added that lost pep to my step, and I couldn’t recommend this shoe enough.!! Snug fit , light , quick it really is the perfect shoe.

Love these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just love these Hyperion Max! They fit so nicely. I usually have trouble finding a good fit in sneakers but these almost felt like they were made for my feet. They felt like a comfortable, cushioned like glove. The design was well thought out too. The shoe itself is very lightweight, has a very breathable upper part and an extremely cushioned sole that felt like walking on clouds. I really liked the shoelaces too. They have a bumpy outer edge that makes it seem to stay tied much longer than any other laces I’ve had on other shoes. Overall I really love these shoes. With working long hours on my feet, they have been a great help in getting my knees, hips and feet feeling great.

Miles ahead of the first version!!

This is a completely different shoe compared to the original Hyperion max, in all the best ways. I actually despised the original, but this is a beautiful shoe. You can feel the increase in cushioning, but it is still responsive enough to be a race day shoe. Different cushion feel than the glycerin or ghost max, to be sure. Turnover in these is fast and effortless; it wants to pick up the pace at quick speeds but is equally performative at a 12 minute mile. A very versatile shoe! Wider, roomier toe box and a more well vented upper than the last iteration. The upper overall is just phenomenal. I also love the gusseted tongue and the new laces. Solid shoe; a definite BUY IT recommendation from me!

Great shoe….but a couple problems

Shoes feel amazing! Light and plenty of cushion for long runs. A little more firm than the Saucony speed 3s. The only thing that was upsetting was that my right shoe was doing a little popping, I think it was from the insole not being firmly glued to the shoe possibly? That was annoying. Also the color on the inside of the shoe bleeds onto white socks so be aware of wearing any nice socks. a pair of my expensive feetures socks are ruined from the bright orange inside the shoe. Never had this issue with shoes before so very unfortunate. But so far I like the feel and they look so nice.

Intrigued after fellow runners suggestion and great reviews. I've only ran in Glycerin and Ghost for 12yrs The springiness took a few miles to get use to but quickly felt comfortable and fast Third run, a 22 miler was a test to see if they would be my new marathon shoe. My feet felt good and my legs felt fresh and only little soreness in my legs the following day which I contribute a lot to the cushioning. Definitely will be my 26.2 shoe The only reason I didn't give 5-stars because I wish they came in a wide. You will need to go up a 1/2 size

LOVE THESE!!

I bought these at the end of October 24’ and have put 252 miles on them. Getting ready to order my next pair! These shoes have incredible stability even through the cold weather months running in ice, snow, & water. They are not waterproof but paired with waterproof socks, they are the perfect cold weather run shoe as well as warm weather run shoe for me. Can run sprints in them no problem. Absolutely no knee or back pain. I also use them as a trainer in the gym as well. Normal shoe size is 6.5 I wear a 7 in these. Highly recommend this shoe!!

I wanted to love the Hyperion Max 2 as much as the original Max

As an avid runner averaging 35+ miles per week, I owned multiple pairs of the original Hyperion Max. I opted for the Max as my go-to running shoe. When the Hyperion Max 2 was launched, I was hopeful the Max 2 would be as good as the original Max. However, in my experience, the Max 2 does not live up to the original. The original Max is lighter, more responsive, not as firm, and made me feel faster. To me, the Max 2 feels too heavy, too firm, and too supportive/protective (for a neutral shoe). At this point, I will probably resort to wearing the Max 2 to kick around in while searching for an alternative (Brooks) running shoe that will better support my needs.

The best running shoe!!!!

I've always been a Nike woman. However, I decided to try something different and Brooks has it with the Hyperion Max 2 running shoe. I absolutely LOVE these shoes!! I have VERY sensitive feet & Nike killed my feet everytime I bought new pair, but with Brooks I have found a comfortable running shoe, workout & walking! I'm so excited for my future with no pain in my feet!! YEAH!! I recommend to anyone with feet issues to try the Brooks Hyperion Max 2!! Cushioning support, ease of fit and best of all no blisters on my heels!!!!!
