The Launch 11 is my first pair of Brooks shoes. I tried the Ghost 16 in a narrow, but my foot was still swimming in them, returned them. Then I got these; perfection. My narrow feet are happy. There is enough structure and support without feeling hard. They are super light weight. Perfect for my daily 5K walks. I got them in white and ordered the blue. Thank you REI shoe staff for all the good advice.

Shoe Fit

At first I was in between choosing a size 6 or 6.5 and landed on the 6. It was a little tight at first but loosened up a snag. Not a ton but enough to feel comfortable wearing different types of sockets comfortably. I liked the fit of the width on the 6.5 but there seemed to be too much extra toe space. This is my first pair of brooks and I love them! Also no break in period needed and I feel like I could wear these all day long!

Im very satisfied with this purchase. I have had issues with neuropathy in mybfeet due to elevated sould from saucony shoes and these shoes fixed the issue and are very comfortable and low rise. Toe box is perfect for medium to average width feet. I also walk through wer floors at work and the grip on these brooks is fantastic no slips at all!

This is my first time wearing Brooks shoes, and I’m impressed with how light but have a solid foundation !! I was doubting about the size when I tried first time because they felt pretty tight, but once I started to walking, they felt so comfortable !!
