[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a casual runner who logs miles via trails, road and the tread. The Brooks Adrenaline GTS 24 GTX are SUPER comfortable and provide a lot of cushion underfoot. My only issue with the fit is that they are a bit loose on the sides/around the foot. When I really tightened up the laces, it was a bit better but does have a looser fit overall. I love the look overall and the two-tone design. The deep purple hides the wear and (bound to happen) dirt! My favorite feature is definitely the waterproof aspect. Being in the PNW, we get a lot of rain - and running in wet shoes is never fun. I’m looking forward to a future rain to put these to the test!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to love these but am thoroughly disappointed. I’ll start with the fact that they are NOT water resistant AT ALL. Feet have been soaked each day I’ve worn them in dewy grass. Not acceptable especially when it’s literally freezing outside. I brought them on a trip to FL in early Feb. in which the weather was unseasonably cold. Thinking they would protect my feet from moisture, in addition to the fact I was heading to warm weather I didn’t bring my ACTUAL waterproof shoes so I suffered. Even more alarming is the fact that the shoes rubbed the tops of my toes raw. Beyond blisters and in the worst place. But- they look good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had tried the 25’s in a store and they had completely changed the shoe to the point that it did not even resemble the 24. You were supposed to send me this shoe here but you did not have my size so I am surprised when you want me to give you a review. The review is for whoever actually thought to send me this to review. No worries, I did find the 24’s in my size elsewhere and am good right now. If you sent me the shoes, the 24’s would have gotten a 4 only because I could only find the weatherized version. Please reconsider how you change shoes from year to year (by the way, you were not the only shoe company to do so).
What in the world have you done to your design? These shoes could not be any uglier if you hired someone specifically for that purpose. Why do you have these huge massive heels on them? My right foot always feels tight and cramped when I'm using these shoes. I'm going to have to go and investigate other sneakers now, which is a shame because these are expensive. You guys have really taken a wrong turn with this style of shoe. I really am not impressed, and would not recommend them to anyone. Not only are they hideous, but they're functionality seems to have gone down with the addition of 6 in of foam on each shoe.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Brooks Adrenaline GTS 24 GTX shoes are extremely lightweight and comfortable. I am no longer getting calf cramps when running because these are so much more supportive than my previous shoes. The color is great because they match a lot of my exercise clothing and don’t show dirt when running on dirt roads. The fabric is breathable and wipes down easily. My only feedback is that they do run small and I needed to size up a 1/2 size and could have even gone a full size up.
The toe box is too shallow and narrow. These are now only used for short walks at the mall. They can't be used for long walks or slow running. I've never had a shoe hurt my toes before...disappointed.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered two sizes of these, one is my normal size of 8 and one in 8.5. I read through the reviews saying that sizing up would be a good idea but I found the 8.5 too big and it actually caused a bruised toenail because of it. However, the 8 didn’t work for me either because my feet sweat anyway so even though I was protected from the elements, my feet were still damp. I just decided that I would rather have wet feet I guess and went back to the non waterproof adrenaline. I love the idea of these but just not for me. If you are looking for a waterproof shoe I would figure out what size works for you (original or size up) and know that these will likely definitely keep your feet dry from the elements outside.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am all for a weatherproof running shoe. All for it. This one has all the right things in all the right places, and.... its much tighter on my toes than I would have expected. The colors are great, its colorful, but just subtly. The fabric is surprisingly very breathable for being waterproof, and the comfort is there. It truly is waterproof but I would not have guessed it by how the feels and looks. I was only able to test it in the rain once (some things are still out my control), but I did run it under my faucet out of curiosity as well. As with any other experience I've had with Brooks the comfort is a huge part of why these shoes are a good experience. Having said that, these were lacking for me in the fact that even while getting my regular size my toes are touching the end of the shoe. I was surprised by this, my experience with Brooks shoes in the past has been a very wide and comfortable fit but these fell a bit short (if you catch my drift). If I could change the fit (make them longer) then it would be my go to for running shoes.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They comfortable and give support. Love the color! I pronate and had bad ankle pain. But since wearing Adrenaline shoes, I get the support I need and my pain is gone! I will never go back to regular shoe!
