Brooks  Launch 12 Road-Running Shoes - Women's

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my favorite brand of shoe and my go to for running, so I was really excited to try this model! I’m so glad this shoe came in a more neutral color, as I find these shoes comfortable for both running and just casual wear. They go with almost anything. Putting these on feels like you are stepping into a solid sturdy shoe. I can sometimes experience knee pain in shoes that are extremely cushy, so I appreciated this! I often feel areas of the shoe that causes pressure points, but I don’t feel any pressure points with these. I like that it has the extra hole at the top for the laces to make the runners loop. Overall, I’m very happy with this shoe!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These shoes feel like running on air. Putting them on right out of the box, they were comfortable immediately. I didn’t have any difficulty or need time to break them in. They hold the sides of my foot snuggly enough that I feel stable on uneven terrain. They feel springy and bouncy when I strike the ground. I have loved both walking and running in them. They are fun to run in and have given me a little boost in my running and workout routine. The black are very dark which will be helpful in keeping them looking newer longer. Especially using them outdoors in the winter in Chicago, the nearly all black will hopefully hold up better than some lighter options. I’ve really enjoyed these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the lightest walking/running shoes I have ever used! I’m a mom of two under two and need to feel as light as possible. These shoes make me feel like I’m able to complete my daily walks/jogs so much faster, no lower back pain, no foot pain. I can wear them all day to run errands and feel confident at the end of the day I won’t feel like a truck hit me. During my jogs, the impact on my ankles and knees decreased and I feel more confident taking my walks or jogs without fear of pain! I love these shoes!

Does it feel stable and secure at different paces? Does the look feel authentic and purposeful? When I first put them on I noticed they were slightly more narrow than any other brooks I’ve owned. I’ve always worn wide toe box shoes, so there’s probably felt more tight than they are. They did feel small in length as well, so I would suggest sizing up a half or full size. When I went out for a run in them I did love how much cushion there was, and how much spring it gave every step. It definitely took the pressure off of my knees. I loved the sleek black color with the light color details. They were super functional for a run, and then super cute for errands after!

Once I got them on and walked around I realized they are VERY comfortable. It feels like you are walking on a cloud. I wore them around the house, while running, and running errands without any foot pain. I can say they are the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. I am also a healthcare provider and these are perfect for my job. I would absolutely purchase these and use the for multi purpose!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in a suburban neighborhood so streets, sidewalks and trails are my running and walking grounds. The shoes are incredibly lightweight and feel like they propel me forwards which I really like. It's as if the bottom has a curve (maybe it does!) and it gives a nice little push as you wear them, encouraging you to go further and faster. I'm really enjoying these so far but I look forward to spring weather for more outdoor time and longer runs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been looking for a good pair of shoes that could double as a casual pair and athletic pair for awhile awhile now, and the Brooks Launch 12 fits both. Putting on the shoes right away they felt instantly comfortable and I was able to walk around Christmas Tree Lane with my family with them. And then the next day I could put on my Launch 12's and run a 5k down Christmas Tree Lane with no issues. They are a good light-weight shoe that felt easy to run in. I normally like a stable shoe when I run a medium pace, and I felt that the Launch 12 gave me that. The shoes had a light bounce to them that made it fun to run in. Overall, I really like the look of these shoes on and when I look down at my feet. They are easy to get on and are a great shoe to just throw on to go for a run or just run errands. Whatever my day throws my way, I am ready for it in my Brooks Launch 12!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Brooks Launch 12 shoe is a great looking shoe upon opening the box. It has style, great color way and looks ready to hit the road. I have a naturally wider foot. These shoes unfortunately were tighter around my foot than I feel comfortable in. However, I did want to see how they felt running a few times before I finalized my opinion. The comfort hitting the pavement was great. They have great shock absorption and, aside from the tight width, the foot bed felt great to run on. The length was spot on to my size 10 foot. I did two runs and although there was some softening in the width through wear I did not continue to use them as they felt too tight for my comfort. I would recommend to anyone who leans toward wider shoes for comfort that they avoid purchasing this style unless they are able to procure them in a wide. I did have my husband try them on for comparison. We have the same foot length, but his feet are more narrow and although it was a woman’s style he said they felt great on his feet. Overall, the shoes quality is exceptional. It would be great running shoe for neighborhood runs and beyond.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have gone through many different running shoes including multiple types of Brooks. I definitely lean toward buying brooks in general as they are so comfortable and supportive and last through the miles. The launch 12 is no different! I find the fit similar to the adrenaline but maybe a little wider which is great for me since I tend to wear a wider size. They fit a little tight at first try on but once I loosened the laces the fit was great from my first run. I feel supported on my runs and I love the look!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These shoes have really eased out my calf and foot pain while doing fast paced walks. Compared to my previous shoes this one has better arch support and cushion that’s comforting. I liked this one from brooks.
