Good for some uses
I bought this for an exercise bike as I like the Selle Italia Max SLR. Similar shape and comfortable. But the construction with sharp edges seems annoying. I like the traditional rolled edges/side better. It would be good though for your rain and commuter bike, comfortable cheap and nothing much to soak up water. It’s just made with a chunky plastic shell with thick rubbery gel on top.
