My favourite jacket in winter!
This is the best and most used jacket I own, especially for ski touring and also running/hiking in winter in the mountains. It's light, warm, wind resistant but at the same time insanely breathable and super comfortable. Many times I use a Speed or Radical fleece with this jacket for both the up and the down on a ski tour and also for some winter running or hiking, it's usually just right. It's great to be able to wear the same outfit from car to car. It's a bit wider cut than most things Dynafit, but it still looks and fits great. Very nice colours, pockets, and the fact that the Alpha is not sandwiched between two layers like in the Mezzalama or Transalper jacket is much nicer and comfier. Overall, top jacket, and probably the jacket I can recommend the most for versatile use.
Game Changer
This is the best piece of gear I've bought in years! Historically I always had to adjust layers on the skin up. With this piece and a light baselayer I have yet to had to shed a layer on the way up. I'm sure on a VERY warm day it'll be a different story. This piece performs incredibly well and vents like a champ. The only problem with this "uphill jacket" is that it will render your wardrobe of midlayers absolutely useless.

I'm satisfied
The jacket met my expectations 100 percent. It is light, fits well on the body and is also warm enough. At the same time, it is elastic, so it does not restrict your movement in any way. Size XL is perfect for me. I am 185 and weigh 100 kg.
Windproof but not windproof
Jacket is light, warm, comfy. Front section is windproof, but the main zipp is not covered. IT does not make a sense. I have a jacket as a top layer worn over a t-shirt and through the zipper I have the cold wind directly on my body.
Super light and warm
Had My first trip in it together with Tour Light Merino Longsleeve, perfect combination for Me. Ultra light but warm at the same time. Kept Me dry at a 4h long sunny uphill skitour in -5-7C weather.
Great high output piece for cold weather exertion. Blocks wind where you need it and breathes where you need it.
