It’s lightweight, comfortable, and provides just the right amount of warmth without the bulk.

This jacket has quickly become one of those pieces I grab when the weather can’t make up its mind. It’s lightweight, comfortable, and provides just enough warmth without making me feel I’m wearing a sleeping bag or preparing for a polar expedition. Great as a mid-layer when it’s really cold, or an outer layer when it’s chilly but not quite “why do I live here?” territory. I love the four pockets, two inside and two outside, the waist clincher, and the hood for snugging things up when it’s needed. Overall, it’s practical, comfortable, and just warm enough without all the bulk. Basically, it shows up, does its job, and doesn’t ask for a participation trophy. My kind of jacket.

The down jacket is thin but very warm It is sized big as noted in the side view photo It tents out a bit on the bottom in the back The hood is nice and big and will keep you extra warm over a hat
