- Durable water repellent (DWR) made without PFAS helps moisture bead up on the surface
- Body-mapped down and synthetic insulation optimizes weight, compressibility and warmth
- 850-fill-power goose down is highly compressible and provides abundant warmth for its light weight; it's also treated with a DWR made without PFAS to help it resist moisture
- 180 g recycled-fiber synthetic insulation in hood, upper sleeves and lower back body (80 g in side panels and underarms) insulates when wet and dries fast
- Bonded baffles welded to the shell trap warmth and eliminate cold spots
- Insulated, helmet-friendly hood is 3-way adjustable, and a sleeping-bag-style draft tube at the neck stops heat from escaping
- Hood and hem adjust easily with gloves on, thanks to oversize cordlocks
- Center-front VISLON® waterproof 2-way zipper can act as a vent to dump core heat as needed
- Seam-free shoulders won't chafe under pack straps
- Cuffs feature cozy internal gaskets and synthetic insulation to prevent wet-out
- 2 zippered, hipbelt-compatible hand pockets are lined with cozy, brushed tricot; 1 zippered chest pocket; 2 internal drop-in pockets

Care instructions: Secure all zippers and closures. Presoak in plain water. Machine wash cold in front-loading washer, gentle cycle. Use mild powdered detergent or down wash; rinse thoroughly at least twice. Do not twist or wring. Remove promptly. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners. Tumble dry low; include 2 clean tennis balls. Remove and fluff after each cycle, returning to dryer until completely dry. Do not line dry.
