It is a jacket he can wear to work, traveling (easy to stuff in a backpack, or on the sidelines of a cold soccer field. He loves it!
I wanted to like this jacket. It is warm and comfortable, but everyday wear for a week has already caused a tear. Not durable at all unfortunately. Hopefully Cotopaxi stands by their warranty and makes it right.
was enticed to buy this jacket from seeing that Outside Magazine reviewers rated it the Best Insulated Jacket for Nordic Skiing. I'm a longtime xc skier (still dabble in racing), know how to layer for xc skiing, and wanted to love this jacket (like the fit and look). But after wearing it 3 times I'm disappointed in the breathability. Skiing in temps in the upper teens and lower 20's, I started off cold (I think it could block cold wind better) and as soon as I warm up (skiing hard), moisture starts accumulating inside the jacket (especially in the sleeves). After stopping I cool off very quickly in the wet jacket. I will still use for casual wear but will be looking for another jacket that is better suited for vigorous exercise.
Excellent jacket—lightweight, warm, and incredibly comfortable. It’s breathable, fits perfectly, and layers easily without feeling bulky. Stylish, well-made, and versatile enough for everyday wear or getting outdoors. Highly recommend.
It is. . . STUNNING. Quality is great, fit is fantastic, and it looks beautiful. The material seems good and it's not super bulky, which I love. It fits perfectly and seems true to size. I highly recommend it!"
Really impressed with the Pacaya 2. 0. It’s warm without being bulky, and the sleeves keep it breathable when I’m on the move. I love the unique feel and look of it—definitely stands out and feels well made.
So many features making this jacket perfect for cool weather and for travel. It's light, but warm. It has a hood, waist cinch and packs into itself. Perfect set of features.
Got this jacket this week and can’t get enough! I’ll be buying another 1 or 2 just to have color options! Thin, but warm- perfect for fall, or a layer inter a shell!
Christmas present for my husband as we headed to Japan for New Years. Great for the colder weather. The blue color was a great choice.
