New bikes go through a normal break-in period, after which they should be readjusted. All bicycles sold at REI include free adjustments for one year after purchase date—as many times as you need. Best baby purchase I've made!
We had our little one on his rocking bike before he was even 6 moths. We would hold him on the bike, and he would light up. Over time, he quickly gained balance and strength to hold himself up, even if his feet were barely touching. It was the coolest. Now he has his bike off the base and cruises around like a natural biker. I highly recommend this product! It would make a great baby gift for baby showers too! First Christmas?! Perfect!

Great balance bike for toddlers!
We purchased this bike for our grandson to promote development of his balance and coordination. The bike and rocker are quality products! They are very well designed and easily assembled. The Striker Balance Bike will be a great aid in preparing him for future biking and he is currently enjoying the Rocker attachment. Great product!
