New bikes go through a normal break-in period, after which they should be readjusted. All bicycles sold at REI include free adjustments for one year after purchase date—as many times as you need. Yes , I recommend this product

The itself bike is of great quality and very popular among the high-end bike buyers. Giving it 4 stars here because I specifically purchased this bike from REI because the product page here makes it seem it has “V-breaks” only, when it actually also has coaster breaks too. After more research this is standard on this bike, and it’s shown on the Woom website.
