I'm a 31-32 waist and these fit perfectly. These slim down to very skinny calves and ankles, so if you're a power-lifter, you may want to consider something with a bit more stretch. They do stretch a bit, but not that much. For warmth, they're like a slightly thinner version of the UA 2.0 base layer, but for less than half the price on sale; they're well worth it. Maybe consider the "grid fleece" (waffled) version for more warmth (same price).
