I've been looking for a wide rectangle bag for awhile. I've looked at a pile of bags and the selling point that tipped me to spend $100 more than the others was that this was a down fill. Anyone that has used down and synthetic understands why down is worth the extra money for a sleeping in varied temperature. I was sorely disappointed that this wasn't actually down when it arrived. I started looking at other sites and they advertise this bag as a spun synthetic. I feel like I just bought a mislabeled, over priced synthetic. Pretty sure I'll be returning this.
This is a very nice bag. We are both overweight so wanted a larger than average bag. However, while I do love the inside material, I have mobility issues and wanted a bag that would allow me to slide around easier, so unfortunately I returned it. I think it would have kept me warmer than my newest bag, but gotta pick and choose what’s most important to you.
