Comfortable, good capacity

It will carry enough to get me through a 2-week trip to Europe. I'm excited not to pay checked bag fees and to be mobile anywhere getting on trains and walking with just this pack and a shoulder bag.

Great work/commuting bag

I love the kickstand feature that allows the pack to stay upright when set down. This does really give the pack a structured/stiff feel that I don't mind, but that some users might find too stiff. I also like that the bottom of the laptop compartment is slightly raised so that my laptop doesn't hit the ground/frame when the pack is set down. The side mesh pockets are really deep, so I don't need to worry about anything falling out (an issue on my previous backpack). The suspended mesh back makes the pack comfortable to wear and really makes the pack feel lighter. The weight distribution is really good. I was looking at both the Palea and the Talia and ended up going with the Palea because it is a little smaller and because of the front mesh pocket. I don't bike commute regularly, but I have biked with this pack. There is no bike helmet "lid lock" but I can fit my helmet in the mesh pocket or clip it around the loops on the front of the bag. The mesh back makes for a comfortable ride.

Can’t wait to use more!

Used it once on a brief hike, and getting ready to use it when I go on a 3 day drip instead of a big bag. Can’t wait! So far, so good. Unlike some others wjo complained here, I love the pretty purple and pink color. In fact, that’s one of the first things that drew me to it. It is very roomy and feels so high quality. Can’t wait to use lt more!

Super Disappointed with the Color

I absolutely lovvved the design guys. You really did a great job keeping it light and technical. I just seriously hate all these color schemes. I thought that maybe the light blue on blue might work but of course the lighter blue is super bright. I feel like a highlighter wearing this thing. Can you pretty please make next years modes with some earth tones? Maybe a maroon, or a dark green, or even a brown? Honestly, you could just relax the colors! I'm not picky and most people who know the quality of your products aren't either but these colors are simply unpleasant.

Love for city or country

I got this backpack originally to use for schlepping my laptop around a city in high humidity. It helps me avoid the dreaded back sweat and is light and comfortable PLUS it’s an excellent day pack for hiking our outdoor activities. I just love it and the sunflower yellow color is very cheery!

Love this pack! I don't use a laptop, or tablet. I use those slots for hair brush, deodorant, perfume etc. And snack/lunch stuff that doesn't require refrigeration. This pack is super comfortable as far as weight distribution goes. So much better for bringing all I need for work compared to the body glove pack I was using before. My husband got this pack for me...He is a gift from God, I swear!

Excellent to-from, travel pack!

I purposely waited to submit a review until I had used this pack for several different scenarios. It performs beautifully! The only (small) gripe I have is that the mesh suspension and Kickstand features make this pack a bit on the heavy side, but the suspension is so ungodly comfortable that I don't mind! I use it to/from work (I park far away from my building and have to walk), and recently used it for a trip to Nevada. The Kickstand feature has to be my favorite! No more bags tipping over and getting dirty or spilling my stuff everywhere! The Kickstand also makes it easy for me to access both zippered compartments. I was able to use the compression straps on the sides and shove this under my seat...Spirit and Frontier Airlines both allowed it without a problem! It was great to be able to fit so much in this bag and not have to worry about checking a bag, waiting at the carousel, the airline losing my bag...etc. Anything that makes flying smoother for me is a plus! Another great feature of this bag is that the main compartment's depth accommodates a lunch box, which is crucial for work. This way, everything (including my purse and other work essentials) fits into my bag and I'm only carrying one pack in to work!

The liquid blue is too bright. In the page looks more grey.
