GreenPan  3-Piece Knife and Board Set

We needed a carving set for Thanksgiving, so we picked the GreenPan Titanium set from Target. It’s a beautiful design and we love the GreenPan cookware, so we figured this would be a great set. The price was right at $49.99. This set is titanium coated, extremely sharp and feels nice in your hands. We tried it out on a pork roast, just to see how it felt and performed before the big day. Wow, it sliced through that roast like it was butter! Some other features that attracted us are that it is dishwasher safe, made from recycled stainless steel and it is chip resistant. The proof though, is in the way it slices, which is terrific. I highly recommend this carving set!

I needed a nice carving set for hosting Thanksgiving dinner this year and a coworker recommended this GreenPan set from Target. I tested it out this evening on a beef roast and I am very happy with its performance. The set arrived 2 days after I ordered it and both the outer and inner packaging were in good shape. The 8” knife and fork handles are a good size and shape for my hand. The weight and balance feel great. I like a knife with a good weight to it. It gives me more of a feeling of control when using it. The grip is not slippery at all. The titanium coated blade was very sharp and made easy work of tonight’s roast. The packaging claims the set is made from recycled stainless steel. It also says the set is dishwasher safe but I wouldn’t put a nice set like this in the dishwasher. A hand wash and quick dry will do. I am very pleased with this carving set purchase. I’m looking forward to putting it to use this Thanksgiving and beyond!

Bought this to use on Thanksgiving. I wanted to try it out when I received it so I tried it on a pineapple and it sliced through like butter. Good solid knife with a comfortable handle. My only criticisms are that the packaging was awful. It took me 20 minutes to remove it from the packaging and I was worried that I was going to damage the handle the whole time. Also I really appreciate that the knife came with a sheath however, I wish it was fully enclosed. While the knife set is top quality, the sheath seemed like a quick afterthought and seems poor quality. All in all I would still recommend this set. Just be careful unpacking it.

I love to cook and Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday! First impression, out of the box, was the weight of the set and ergonomic handle. Removing from the package was slightly difficult. The knife cut through roasted chicken with ease! The handle has a good grip, balance and comfortable to use. The grip allows you to index the knife easily and when wet remains a positive grip. There is a noticeable blade angle deviation at the tip of the knife. The open sided sheath needs extra care when returning to the sheath. Looking forward to carving the turkey on Thanksgiving with this carving set! I would recommend this as a gift or self purchase…. Good Value!

I wouldn't have bought this at all if not for the great reviews, and even then I only bought it because it was on sale and I really needed a new cutting board. Well, I'm back to buy another one, I'm that impressed by the board AND knives! The knives are just exactly what the reviews say, and I'm usually a knife snob. They feel good in my hand and sharper than my other name brand chef knife, for now anyway. Even if they don't last a bunch of years, they're great out of the box, and the board is beautiful. I'm very happy with this purchase!

What a nice carving set. This Titanium carving set by GreenPan is Recycled Stainless-steel, it is Titanium Coated and hand sharpened. Has a nice slip resistant Grip on the handle which makes it easy to use, while giving you full control. Carving 8 " Knife has a cover for protecting the blade and the 8" Fork will have many uses in the kitchen area. This set would be an excellent Gift for the Holiday's or a lovely wedding gift. I just love it.

Immediately, my first thoughts were about the feel and weight of this set. Very sturdy and they felt nice and heavy in my hands. My husband, especially, loved the fork, for some reason! I baked a chicken last night and used the pair to carve and serve. I am definitely looking forward to using these for the upcoming holidays, for turkey, ham and beef tenderloin! The knife is quite sharp and should make carving a breeze!

I really LOVE this carving set! The knife is so sleek and cuts so smoothly. I really like the rubber on the handles which makes me feel safe when using the knife. It also comes with a very nice sheath which is quite tight. The fork stabs the food very easily and gives me a secure way to hold what I'm cutting. Great carving set!

I have 2 of these knives and oh so sharp! I am replacing my old knives one at a time...4 more to go! Good balance and fits hand nicely. The only negative is I wash my dishes and if I dont dry them they spot. But not an issue! Love them!

I need every knife in this block! It looks great and the knives perform as well as some of my very expensive knives. It looks great on my counter too!
