I want to love them, honest!

Like the title says. Yet, they are way heavier than expected. They nest really well, and pack small. They are too heavy duty. I would consider them a weapon, if needed. I know I love something when I buy a second for my house. In this case, I would not. I will do the opposite and replace these with duplicates in my kitchen. Lastly, the “magnetic holder” has no magnet, just silicone. Not that it needs it. It’s an overly tight squeeze. I also bought the Detour knives, which I think are too heavy as well, but they are razor sharp and I love them. So I’m keeping them (those I bought a set for home use). They are so sharp, I forgot just how sharp knives can be.

Great for group trips and basecamps

When it's time to stop digging through your institution's/outfitters's fleet of incomplete kitchen totes with random crusty tools from decades ago, consider this set for one-stop shopping. It has pretty much all the tools I want on a group trip or front country kitchen. I like the way it interlocks to pack small (and, more critically, more easy to find in the group kitchen tote common to many programs.) Small packing is the goal on kayak trips, so I love this compact toolkit. The addition of tongs is appreciated, too. I like stainless for program use much more than plastic, so another win.

Heavy duty kitchen kit that did not disappoint! I bought this set for my camping trips, I’ve been looking for a good stainless steel option, and I love that this pack had everything I needed. Very sturdy and I love the stowing option

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this set for the grill but not ideal for nonstick surfaces as it will scratch them. Other than that it's great.
