We paired this thermal top with the Icebreaker leggings, and it has been the ultimate base layer setup for cold-weather adventures. The top is extremely soft and gentle on sensitive skin, zero scratching or stiffness. It keeps our child comfortably warm during hours of playing in the snow and long days on the ski slopes. What we love most is that it's 100% pure merino wool. No synthetic plastic fibers that contribute to microplastic pollution. It is exceptionally well-made and durable; because kids outgrow their clothes long before wearing them out, this high-quality top will easily be passed down to the next child. Highly recommended!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My small person is warm at last! I have worn Icebreakers since they first came out and nothing beats them. Had bought cheaper alternatives for the kids but not worth it - Icebreaker wins hands down every time. Quality excellent, fits to size, washes well, keeps her warm! - can be worn under anything or as a top. A worthwhile investment.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these tops, I have three (two black, one navy). Buy these for myself in size 12 as I prefer the fit of the kids tops (women's are too long and fitted for me). Wear them all the time in the colder months, they require less washing and are noticeably warmer than cotton and synthetics.
Kids size 12 fits me (27F, 5', 110lb) like a glove! Its snug across the chest (33") but loose at the waist and a bit more fitted at the hips. The sleeve length is PERFECT, as are the shoulders and arm holes. No more baggy pits!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids find these merino wool thermal tops so comfy and warm. Not itchy at all and warmer than anything else we've tried. Comforting for me to know they're warm on the hockey pitch in driving sleet.
