The most stable shoes I've ever used. The width sizes are accurate and luxurious. So comfortable. I have 4 pairs now and heve used them in all terrains. 16 years buying this model because my feet love them. Good, tough, light footwaer. Excellent weight distribution. My top of the range.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always struggled finding shoes that fit my wide feet, ever since I've discovered brooks shoes my life has changed. Im on my feet all day for my work and I wouldn't be able to do it without the support and comfort of brooks beast. Their 2E and 4E range are perfect for anyone with wide feet. Once you go brooks, no other shoe will feel the same.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome. For me personally the best running shoe on the market - all brands compared, over many years of trials and tribulations.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice and comfortable and easy on my feet as I suffer planta fasciitis. Thankyou once again brooks
I am in my in my early eighties with sore feet, product was recommended by my podiatrist and I am so grateful that he did. They are absolutely wonderful and would and have done recommended these sneakers to everyone. I can wear them all day without any pain. Fabulous.
I have been buying the beast for the past ten years. Every spring i would treat myself to a new pair. They offered tremendous support as my heels roll outward over the soles and this shoe did a great job supporting my feet and keeping things in line. Now, the beast 20 came along and there is noticeably less support around the back of the shoe and it is collapsing as i put my foot in it, yes I untie my shoes every time. Additionally the toe is covered with a much less durable fabric and the toe area is so freued and torn up, it looks like a little kid that drags his toes to stop his bike. Bring back the beast 18 and demote the engineer that takes responsibility for the cost cutting measures that took place.
Bought 2 pairs, mesh around big toes worn through after a few months of casual walking, they are now useless with holes in the top, very disappointing, never had any problems with older style brooks beast, won’t be buying them again.
If I could give the Beast 20 zero stars, I would. It's not the Beast anymore. It should be called something else. This shoe is no better than an Adrenaline now that the medial post has been replaced by guide rails. Guide rails destroy my feet in every shoe that has them. I've ran in Beasts for almost 2 decades, but no more. I've tried running with other shoes over the years, but have always come back to the ole reliable. Not anymore. Brooks, I know guide rails are hip for sales, but they're not anywhere near as functional. Please, do the right thing and bring back the medial post in the Beast. You've ruined running for me without it.
I have used the Brooks Beast since the 14s and they have been the perfect shoe that fully corrected my overpronation. no other running shoe came close no matter how many i tested in the shop while being videoed on a treadmill. The bigest benifit to me was the lack of arch in the 18s and before as any small amount of arch makes me get huge blisters through the arch as i have very sweaty feet and any arch causes rubbing, pain and huge blisters. The change to the Beast 20s has forced an arch and now im getting blisters again. Im sorry Brooks but you have no shoe options for me anymore, PLEASE revert this shoe back to NO arch in the 22 version.
The fabric material on the toe area on both shoes has a hole worn through them. I’ve had several Beasts, but this model wore holes on the outside under normal use very quickly. For the price, I’d expect a lot more.
