Brooks  Ghost Max 4 Road-Running Shoes - Men's

I had the Ghost Max 3 and didn’t think Brooks could improve on them, but the Ghost Max 4 surprised me. The cushioning still feels fantastic, but the ride seems a little smoother and the transition from heel to toe feels more natural. What I noticed most was how well they absorb impact. Longer walks and runs feel easier on my feet and joints, and I don’t feel as fatigued afterwards. The stability is excellent without making the shoe feel heavy, and the grip has been solid in both dry and wet conditions. If you liked the Ghost Max 3, I think the Ghost Max 4 is a worthwhile update. It’s not a massive change, but it’s a noticeable improvement where it counts.

I purchased the Brooks Ghost Max 4 during my recovery from a partial Achilles tear, and they have been excellent. The cushioning is comfortable without feeling unstable, and the rocker design allows a smooth transition through each step while reducing the effort required at the ankle and Achilles. As a physiotherapist, I’m quite particular about footwear.....especially during injury rehabilitation, and I’ve been impressed by the combination of support, comfort and stability. They have helped me transition back into normal walking with confidence and have remained comfortable throughout the day. A very well-designed shoe and an excellent option for walking, everyday wear and a gradual return to activity. Highly recommended.

Cushiony shoe but not too mushy, good for walking or standing on your feet all day. Wish they had some cooler colors, but overall like the look. Good breathable material too.

Recommended to me by a sports podiatrist due to osteoarthritic toes. These have been excellent for this indication, given their 6mm drop and rocker forefoot. Thanks Brooks 👍🏻

The Ghost Max 4 are so unbelievable comfortable , fits well and looks great.. One of the best shoes I've purchased. Brooks are easy to deal with and delivery time is fast.
