My torso length has been measured twice. One time at 16" the other at 16-3/4" (both at REI). Conceivably, either size could fit. When borderline is it usually better to go up in size or stay smaller? Thank you.

​If you are in between sizes, we recommend going with the smaller of the two sizes. An XS/S would be a great choice for you.
