Good Glove
Warm, breathable, comfort and good dexterity. This is a great glove but be warned that while REI's site says they are waterproof, they are not. Inside the gore windstopper tag that comes on the gloves it says that they are water resistant and I would agree with that statement. There is a big difference between water resistant and waterproof tho. They are good at resisting water but definitely not waterproof. I feel that a winter sport glove has to be waterproof in order to get a 5 star rating so I'm giving these 4 stars as everything else about them is great and they are really good at resisting water.
excellent gloves
I've just ordered 2 more pair after using this glove for about 3 years and wearing them out skiing, kite skiing and x/c skiing. The usual ski gloves are bulky and don't let me use my fingers like these do. I like to actually feel my poles and kite bar. They are really warm and comfortable. I'm just afraid that because they are on clearance that Swix is not making them any more. Figures. Find something that works and they stop making it.
Not waterproof
It fits great, wears great. But if you are looking for a pair of waterproof gloves like I do, look for another pair.
