Features like internal wrist elastic straps. Ability to Cinch closure at the cuff and draw tight strap along the back of the grove at the wrist. Nice ability to custom fit.

Warm Hands
These gloves are excellent. My hands stayed warm and dry. On really cold days (sub-zero) I add liners.
