Great glove

This glove is a fantastic fit and weight! I wear it for running in near freezing or just chilly walks with the dog

Light weight gloves for rock scrambles

Excellent fit, super grippy - warmth is good to mid 30s if your generating heat like hiking. Good for scrambling gloves in light winter / 3 season shoulders which is what I got them for.

Minimalist, lightweight, inexpensive

I was looking for a glove to wear during "conditioner" hikes in the winter and spring - where it might be rainy or snowing, but I'm also exerting myself a lot. So I don't need much insulation, which would just get wet anyway. These gloves fit the bill! The rubberized grippy stuff on the palms seems a bit excessive - I'd kinda rather have a leather-like palm - but so far is working OK. And for the price and weight, I can carry 2 or 3 pairs and swap them out when they get wetted out!

Favorite Do (Nearly) Everything Gloves

These are by far my favorite gloves. They are the gloves I first reach for most of my cold-weather activities from snowshoeing and ski touring to mountain biking to hiking or trail running. I generally run warm, so for me they easily keep my hands warm down into the low 20s easily. The fit is perfect, the materials have proven durable and well-chosen, and are decently wind/weather-proof for a softshell style glove. The touch screen tips on the fingers seem to work about as well as any other, which is to say, just okay, but that's a minor gripe. I've had my first pair for a few years now and they're just starting to show some signs of wear along the seams and some of the silicone grip starting to peel off the palms. So, I just picked up a new pair to have on deck for when this first pair finally calls it quits. For the price, these gloves cannot be beat.

Worst gloves ever

I have several black diamond products I am happy with but these gloves disappoint on a whole new level. They do not shed the slightest rain or wind, my hands are freezing in them when it’s 9-10 degrees Celsius outside. I literally had to wear another pair of gloves under these. I even tried to stengthen/renew the DWR coating, in vain. Good luck trying to use your phone with these…To say sth positive as well, the sizing is perfect.

Windproof but terrible fingertips

I wanted to like these gloves I really did but the design of the fingertips especially on the index and thumb make the tips of your fingers practically useless. The pinky also has a terrible amount of extra fabric on the inside seam. Now these are fantastic keeping the wind out and there's some of the warmest thin gloves that I have but just so annoyingly unpleasant on the tips

Great product!! Horrible experience..

I purchased these gloves because they were waterproof had good dexterity with good grip sign for outdoor activity. These gloves were fantastic for the first 30 day’s, after that, they fell apart like a cheap deck cards, I will continue to shop with black diamond as they enjoy their product. Just not their gloves.

Outstanding comfort and fit!

I needed a set of gloves for those chilly canyon mornings. I wanted something snug, warm, with a solid grip. The challenge is finding a pair that isn’t too bulky or thick. These gloves are absolutely perfect. It feels like they were made by people who know exactly what I’m looking for.

Best Gloves Ever.

These gloves have become my all purpose glove for anything outdoors. I wear them running, hiking, and skiing. They do great and they really fit to my hands. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. My partner loves them so much that we are looking at getting her a pair too.

Black Diamond Gem !

Lot of protection with little material and bulk. Good down to the single digits if the winds are not too strong. Windproof laminate on the top does the trick. Drying time is a little slow only downside. Fit is better for those without wider hands. Would buy again.
