good camp food
Normally I wouldn’t but this many freeze dried meals at once but they last so why not? Now I can go camping any time and not worry about meal planning. they taste pretty good and are easy to prep with a jetboil. I’m a fan of the high protein. a lot of the competition is low on protein and calories, and that’s the last thing you need after a long day of outdoor activities. word count is still not satisfied. ok now it is

Decent but salty
Title pretty much sums it up. This meal was solid, the bits of real beef were great if a little chewy. The biggest downside is that this tastes saltier than any other meal I got. By the end it was hard to finish, and I love salty food. But it’s nice to have real rice, corn, beef, etc in a meal so maybe that’s the trade off. Id still recommend it, just drink plenty of water when you eat it.

Fully belly for sure!
Took a chance on purchasing a full line of these high calorie dehydrated meals. One full week of eating a variety of packages and not a single weak link in the bunch. Plenty of calories to get you up and down the trail. Great flavor and plenty plenty to eat. Two servings per packet was exactly what I needed after a long day in the mountains.
Delicious and Filling
I bought many different brands over the last year looking for meals that I'd want to eat again. This one hits the spot as a good, hearty meal that's flavorful, especially with a bit of hot sauce added. As with most meals with chunks of dehydrated meat, I recommend an extra 5 mins to soak so that the meat will be completely hydrated.
Great taste, filling, but a little chunky.
These taste great, and there’s plenty of food. They have a good blend of macros. A little high on the salt for my taste but still good. The only downside is usually the meat doesn’t fully hydrate so it can be a little chewy, but I don’t really mind at the end of a long day. Our go to for camping!
