Terrible packaging - wouldn't open without a knife
DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND. When I ripped open the top it was clear the manufacturing process was faulty and there was no air space above the zip lock area. Meaning - there was no way to access/open the zip lock. Had to take a knife to cut open the zip lock area. This led to (1) me cutting myself with my knife (my fault but I never should have needed a knife in the first place here) (2) after pouring water in, needing to keep the bag sealed by rolling it and holding it with my hand for 12 minutes and (3) now not having a sealable bag to keep the smells from this bag contained once I was done with meal. Never again will I buy this brand.
