Very Good XC Race Tire

Ha. That dude just compared Aspens to Minions. Aspens are XC race tires and a great tire that is pretty darn capable for what it is, especially in the 2.4

Ignore the other reviewer who gave this 1 star

Straight up, this is an XC race tire. If you’re buying them for any other purpose, you will be disappointed. But if you’re looking for ultra low rolling resistance, predictable cornering, flat out speed and decent tread life, look no further.

You wanna go fast? Ride the Aspens

These tires are for going fast and for going faster. A perfect XC race tire and now with the 2.4WT version I can’t think of a better race tire. Climbing, descending, cornering, these do it all. Light weight and can take a beating. It’s 2022… run inserts and don’t compare them to a minion…

Lasted <20 miles

I always ride Maxxis rubber but these tires are complete crud. While descending some moderate chunder down Mt Lemmon they slit open and the bead failed at the rim. Sealant and bacon strips weren't enough to fix, had to throw a tube in. Save yourself the hassle and get a heavier tire like the minion... I just can't believe Maxxis would put their name on this product
