Makes certain winter trail runs possible
These snowshoes are the perfect next step beyond mere traction fixtures on your running shoes. They add float and stability you can’t get any other way. They serve me well on simple packed snow and on snowy trails withup to 8” of fresh powder atop old packed snow. They weigh less than 14oz. each, so you can’t get much lighter than that. They adjustment system seems fragile, but it has worked quite reliably. Also, my foot used to get off-axis drift with the binding of another brand, but my foot stays very straight with these bindings. I can’t recommend these running snowshoes enough.
