Great shoe for those with foot pain

I have terrible pain in my feet, knees, and back when I stand, walk, or run due to flat feet and plantar fasciitis. These are just as good as getting prescribed orthotics right out of the box. They are very comfortable and so far they have held up really well for my use. My only complaint is the shoe is quite wide where the tread is and it will sometimes hit my opposite leg when walking or running which can hurt quite bad because it is a heavy and hard material.
If you want shoes that give you road feel or are light then these are not for you. These are for people that need more cushion and arch support. Great shoe!

I bought these about 1 1/2 months ago and have worn them twice when the mesh covering above the big toe got a hole.

I bought these for my son, who loves these shoes and wears them until they have holes everywhere. It's at least his third pair over 5-10 years. I bought them this time as a Christmas present. They seemed to fit fine in the same size he has always worn. However, I think they've always run small, because he doesn't wear that size in anything else. My only complaint is that they are relatively expensive.

fell apart in less than 1 year.

I bought these at the end of March 2017 and they began falling apart in December. The rubber sole started peeling away on one foot first then both sneakers. I do not recommend these.

Not really wide, not quite maximum

I ordered 12 Wide (I measure 12" normal and 11 1/2 wide). Description also says "Maximum" and "Support" (in different locations on side panel". Box came with size "D" and "Medium" written on it. I consider "E" or greater to be "Wide". Website lists both size "12" and "12 Wide". Did not list a "12.5" size. They were very tight, and tongue was right at the edges when I let out the laces to get my feet in them. Walking was OK, but bumping my toes. So, not going to try running in them. I plan on returning them. I don't know if "Medium" would translate to "Maximum", but I doubt it. The middle of tongue loop for the laces (to control the tongue) is right near the top, so difficult to stretch tongue out. It also comes with a SECOND tongue control at the top outside edge, where you also run the laces. Because the tongue is a little too narrow (for large feet), I suppose it might help. The color is a very shiny silver against a black background.
