I’m in love with this sleeping bag! It fits my height/body (5’9”, 145lbs) perfectly. Enough room to move legs and the foot box is great. Soft and comfy. I have yet to take it out for a cold night to see how it performs temperature wise but I’m not in the least nervous about it. The down fill feels warm and fluffy and comparing this to my 40F synthetic bag, I already know it’s much much warmer! I also love that it comes with a big stuff sack to store it and a compression bag for traveling/hiking! Marmot definitely provides great quality.
I was looking to replace an older more basic backpacking sleeping bag, and so far I've been very pleased with the Teton Long. I haven't pushed it anywhere close to its temperature rating yet, but it's been great to have on extended day trips in the Rocky Mtn summer so far! I'm 5'9 and the Long length is perfect; zippers have been working great; and the shape feels snug, not claustrophobic. All in all, very happy with it, especially for the price.
I love this sleeping bag. I've used on multiple backcountry camping trips and it keeps me warm every time even during shoulder season in the mountains. It's easily compressed and very packable. Don't expect this bag to be the lightest or smallest option out there. I think for the price and temperature rating bag is hard to beat.
Recently bought this sleeping bag. I slept outside last week-end (Quebec-Lanaudiere area). It`s warm, comfy. I could not ask for better. I would propose different color instead of just one. I would have bought another color. Do not fancy much pink/purple....
Bought this, used three times and every single time down feathers ended up EVERYWHERE. All over my clothes, our tent, outside, my bag, etc. Yes the bag is warm and cute but no I don't recommend it.
I like the glow in the dark zipper, it is too warm for the summer and too cold in the spring and fall, so I sleep on it when it is hot, and wear thermal underwear in the cold.
BEST SLEEPING BAG I'VE EVER PURCHASED; I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THIS SLEEPING BAG TO ANYONE
This is my favorite bag and I've tried MANY! At 2lbs 15oz it's not the lightest overall but it packs and compresses very nicely and is worth it on the "frigid" desert nights. (Plus that's still a pretty light bag for the price, degree and short length with left zip, the latter two are very hard to find!) Of all the bags I've tried out I chose this as my favorite due to it being just a hair lighter than other 15° bags, being down it can be shoved into a compression sack and squished into the bottom of my hyperlite backpack to create the perfect foundation for the rest of my gear. After hours of hiking it fluffs up quickly when spread out and is ready to be slept in immediately. I rarely wash my sleeping bags and after all this one has been through it hasn't held odor at all! Which usually doesn't matter to most folks but it's nice to know. I bought the Women's short Left Zip Teton and my boyfriend has a right zip so we are easily able to "mate" our bags every night, though due to the 12 inch different in our heights it is uncomfortable for short little me to try to stay really warm on very very cold nights. Probably the ONLY downfall to these bags...The zipper length difference requires my bags "Hood" to sit much lower than his and if I try to curl up it steals his material baring his head and shoulders to the cold. It's not a huge problem on river trips but on longer excursions where sleep is important we won't mate the bags in order to retain our warmth and comfort. This bag accompanied me on a 4 week river trip through Grand Canyon and a 9 day excursion through southern Utah along the Hayduke Trail, as well as almost weekly weekend backpacking trips throughout Grand Canyon. I'm pretty sure it's warmth alone saved me from hypothermia after a particularly rough swim in a Class 8 rapid last December. That and really good soup ;)
