Perfect for Injury Recovery

Out of the two products I purchased to work on my feet, this one is my favorite! I have collapsed arches due to a severe leg break when I didn't use my feet and legs properly about six months. This massager seems durable and well-made and its rubbery wheels keep it from slipping away from you. It requires a very passive amount of bodyweight/pressure to get as light or as deep a massage as you prefer. You can easily massage localized areas by adjusting the placement of your foot. As someone with Raynaud's disease, a surprise added benefit is how much warmth I can now get down into my feet through massaging with this tool.

This has been every single thing that I needed for my plantar fasciitis. I have tried baseballs and a frozen water bottle, but this? Works wonders. I used it every single day, even though it hurt like nobody's business and within a matter of weeks? No more pain. It could have been a combination of this and a good orthotic insert for my shoes, but I think this had a huge part in it. This is worth every single penny in my opinion to help with foot pain like plantar fasciitis. I also use it to roll my wrist from time-to-time as I work at a computer all day and sometimes deal with carpel tunnel. This is a great product.

Nice foot massager

Accommodates different angles of motion so that you can focus pressure on different portions of the foot. Works on carpet. Beware that your dog might mistake it for a chew toy.

Great compact massage roller

Although designed primarily for feet & hands, it can be used for arms, calves, neck & even the quads, hamstrings, & hips. Bought it to take on golf trip to FL as can't take the big foam roller on the plane & it really helped loosen all the tension & knots from flying & golfing.

This thing is AWESOME. For whatever reason I developed foot pain that occurred in the mornings. It eventually worked itself out, but by the end of the day it was back and I found myself rubbing my feet a lot during the evening. I purchased this hoping for some relief. I put it in my bathroom and began using it on my feet while I got ready for work. I've noticed that since I started using it everyday, I have no foot pain at the end of the day and my morning pain has been greatly reduced. Thank you GOFIT!

If I roll my feet from tips of toes all the way to end of heels, wearing thin socks, immediately after getting up in the morning, only about 3 minutes, this keeps plantar fasciitis completely under control. If I forget for a few days, it comes back. But this thing is a good improvement on the tennis ball that my Dr said to use. I bought 2 so i can do both feet at once and save time. BTW, The Dr said it was important to roll all the way from toes to end of heels, and that does help me.

Works well, and the rollerblade-style wheels do a great job of keeping it planted on my tile and wood floors. Only complaint is that I wish the actual foot-contacting portion was not hourglass-shaped. I tend to have to move my foot around a lot more to work the parts of the arch I need to. This is basically operating under the same principle as a foam roller for larger muscles, and all of those I've ever used are just standard cylinders, which seems to be the best shape.

This roller is super sturdy, built on a stainless steel shaft with "roller blade wheels" screwed onto either side. (No, the wheels don't turn) The size and texture of the nubs is perfect and I love the way they taper towards the center. I can put my full weight on it and it easily supports me without any sign of deflection. It feels really good on my foot so I use it every day. I wouldn't change a thing. I even like the color. Would definitely buy again!
