It worked on my knotted muscle in my lower back.

I went through physical therapy where they worked out a knotted muscle in my lower back using these metal instruments that look like a butter knife handle. The therapist told me that I would need to stretch a lot to keep it from flaring up. It started knotting up again from some heavy lifting and the TriggerPoint STK Grip Handheld Massage Roller helped get rid of it again. I also use the TriggerPoint STK Contour for lighter pressure. Both work well together.

Sore Muscles? Great to have in your car!

Great tool to roll out your muscles in your lower back from long car drives to legs and arms after playing pickleball ... great to have with good value cost.

Highly recommend! Effective & Easy to Travel With

This roller is incredibly effective at getting knots out in your legs (especially calf muscles). My husband and I carried it over a 120 mi hike this summer and it was perhaps the best piece of equipment we brought with us. It is able to pinpoint smaller areas much more effectively than the big foam rollers and is super easy to travel with. Highly recommend!

Good Recovery Tool

Good tool if you do a lot of athletic activities that involve the legs, great for getting difficult to stretch places like the vastus medialis, and we're leaving trigger point issues. Very relieving after exercise!
