Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice openings, zippers stick often I returned this tent after using it few times in sprint/summer temperatures. The side openings are large and awesome, but the zippers catch every time. I've almost never had a clean zip, unzip compared to other tents with is annoying. It is long and has a ton of space inside which I liked. I returned it because a pole split down the middle on maybe my first time setting it up? So I didn't trust the integrity for extended season and light mountaineering that I was doing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as large as advertised I was looking to replace my 3+ season backpacking tent which wore out. The specks on the Foidel Canyon showed it to be larger and yet lighter although at a much higher price which I was willing to pay. Upon setting up the tent it did not look as big as my last one. I measured and found the advertised length of 92" is from pole tip to pole tip. I measured the interior floor length at 87". The width is stated as 52/42. My measurements were 49/40 actually shrinking to 38" in the center of the tent as the floor curled up. My calculations for interior floor sq footage is 24, whereas advertised is 34. I also measured the two vestibules a little under 9 sqft at the drip line. (The fly does not reach all the way to the ground.) I might suggest for just 3/4 pound extra you can get the same model in a 3 person tent which gains 21"/30" in width. Although there were no instructions that came with the tent, setup was simple enough to figure out. Just be sure to line up the hold down straps to their matching color tent foot straps as it is easy to put the fly on backwards. Note to help setting up the tent that the Big Agnes logo is on the wider end of the tent & fly, which is probably where you want your head so point that side up hill if there is a slope. In general, the tent looked well constructed and looks to be a good 3+ season tent with a full solid wall tent and mesh roof vents that can be propped open and a mesh door panels which can be zipped open. 12 steaks were supplied with the tent but you don't need them all unless it's really windy. You have to use a minimum of 2 to prop the vestibules out. I'll probably take another 2 or 3 for guidelines on windward side of tent. One nice feature is the many interior mesh pockets to store small items in.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too small and not durable I bought this tent for the light weight and the capacity to share with my friend. On month long trip it became obvious that it was too small for two adults, it is really a generous 1 person tent. In addition I noticed that under the sleeping pad breaks in the foot coating were occurring.
