Great tent. I've used this thru hiking the Fagaras Mts of Romania, in the Grand Tetons, and many nights in Glacier National Park. Performed perfectly in all places. Super light and yet durable. UL3 is a great size for two slightly heavy hikers and still lightweight. Highly recommend.
I bought this tent 2025 early season and have used it about 8 times for mountain backpacking trips since. in those trips, ive had a few big rainstorms and a heavy hail storm and this tent really surprised me with how well it handled all of those situations. the materials and construction are very solid. and light! it is a GREAT tent. the only reason i dont give it a 5/5 is really more of industry malpractice - this is a 2 man tent. you may technically be able to squeeze a third in, but you better be ready to spoon. the other thing is not including a footprint, and not even listing a footprint at the same time the tent is for sale. you may not need one for some scenarios, or may want to make your own, but i had to go hunting online and order a footprint based on dimensions (ended up with a copper spur footprint). it was just frustrating to have to be combing the internet for something so basic.
