Excellent quality socks

I bought these socks as dress socks. They are so much better constructed vs traditional "name brand" dress socks. They look great and feels better than other dress socks I have worn. These keeps your feet dry and you can stand on them all day. I wore them during my wedding. Will be getting more of them.

Best dress socks I've ever had on my feet.

I've always struggled to find lighter socks that would get along with my feet. Cotton and synthetics of you're everyday dress socks just don't feel comfortable to me, and to be quite honest, would smell terrible by the end of the day. I've wanted to try wool for a long time, but I always put it off because of the price. After all, its fairly easy to buy a pack of 6 cheap socks at a big box store and suffer with the inconveniences. Well, I am happy to say, those days are over. You will also notice I listed Value as a Pro. Some might find that odd when speaking about $20 socks. Let's just say there is much more to Value than simply price. My feet feel amazing. I may never buy department store socks again.

Prefect as dress socks and lightweight liners

I've been trying to build a collection of lightweight non-padded Merino wool socks to wear with my dress shoes for work. I walk a few miles for my commute and the basic cotton poly blend dress socks weren't cutting it in the winter anymore. These are by far the best I've found so far for this purpose. They work as excellent liners/standalone socks for waders and boots as well. I plan to add more if these and may replace all my dress socks with these full time since Merino regulates temperature so well all year round.

Excellent socks

These socks are perfect for me, I will be using them for work in the summer, indoors and outdoors. They are a good lightweight sock that is crew length (the crew length is required for work) and don't cause my feet to perspire too much. The fit is very comfortable and I have wide feet. I gave the socks 5 stars but I have only had them for 2 weeks and can't speak about longevity.

Gave me a rash!

Gave me a rash! I've never had this happen before -- on a trip where I did a lot of walking in hot weather. I thought these would be good for this, but, instead, I got a severe rash; heat rash? Usually I wash socks before first wearing, but this time I was headed off on a trip and didn't have time. Maybe that would have helped.

great thin wool sock, love em

I live in Miami Florida and love these wool socks. very thin, no cushion at bottom. They are a merino mix with synthetic but still have a high quality and comfy feel. I had a couple pairs of the turquoise version (last year model?) and they are in great shape and have held up well. These are my favorite everyday office work socks, makes my day when they come up in the drawer.

Best dress socks ever

Decided to try these after using the running socks for around 6 months. I can't belive how dry these socks keep my feet. Have worn them multiple times from 6 am to 6 pm. My feet stayed dry and the socks didn't smell like they had been left in my gym bag for 3 weeks. Will be buying more soon.

these did the trick in the heat with my dress shoes

I bought three pair of the thinner dress-style socks hoping that the merino wool would help wick away moisture as advertised. Polyester and cotton socks in the summertime were leading me to athlete's foot. The Smartwool socks did the trick! They keep my feet comfortable all day.

The perfect sock

Snug but not tight, soft and cushioned but not overly thick. I wear these with dress shoes at work all day and I am a happy camper. I think I tried more than a dozen socks from other makers before discovering these. Now I have a drawer full of them.
